although not a big problem, i still wish i could back up my messages, because i can't restore them with p2k tools.
p.s i think i worked for me once when i was still on r372 but since then nothing.
any advice would be appreciated Smiley

the moto data recovary will work smoothly if you restore to the same fw plattform.

actually i haven't had much luck with mpt, i never could get it working right.
p.s it's working now, i think i had to plug the phone with mdr open.

You can use Flash & Backup 3 for backing up phonebook, messages and something more,too Smiley

oups mda is a mistake i meant mdr ( moto data recovery ) sorry if i got you confused(mistake corrected Smiley).
and what! fb3 can backup phonebok, messages i never knew that.(me noob)
anyway thaks to all
p.s i found the option in fb3 but if i change my firmware from 46r to 49r for example it says it only works if i have the same firmware.

sorry friends, as i knew, FB3 could back up phonebook on other format (sorry i forgot what format it is), but we can read it like on CSV format, correct me if i wrong.
