I made a 2,5 to 3,5 jack adapter from my headset. I pull into the adapter my ear-phone and it work well, but if I made this with speakers my phone doesn't turn on to headset mode. How can I do it work well?

Maybe from speaker impedance, try to use another speaker with different impedance.
