Need Help, My screen is blank..

i have problem with my E398.
when i try to flash with motolover without "firmware and flex"
but when it restart by the software it show nothing just blank screen.
but when i connect to p2k data cable the status in "FlashBackup v.2.26" is connected

iam trying reflash again with other monster pack, but it stuck when "send loader to phone"
and can not display the firmware by press *+#+power

please help,

First did you do first backup?
I recomended you use fb3XX to flash your phone!
when u press *+#+power, the phone turn on with blank?

if yes, try 2 flash your phone w/ 42 for all, you can get it from here:

then you flash your phone w/ any other MP, just choose one you like...
