i download the extreme from the link (given by ilove3d at page5)
at the link, there are two rar groups.   the first is 71.5 mb .sbf file,  second is 32 mb .sbf file (update version).
will i flash both of them? can you explain me...

and, lang. pack given by vanhieumai,will i just flash?

no, when you extract one of those, it become one sbf file.

normal version has 6 parts of rar (part1.rar......part6.rar)  = 71.5 mb one sbf file.
update version has 4 parts of rar ( part1.rar....part4.rar)  = 32 mb one sbf file.

i flash the first sbf file and language pack.
how will i use 32 mb update version sbf file?

cud sum upload da sbf files to megaupload  or sum other file sharing provider cuz i cant download the extreme firmware fast enuff its moving at 5kb a sec and dats like 41mins estimated finish time each and i ave a 8mb connection

You dont need flash 32 MB (update) version, because you have flashed full version sbf
