My E398 was dead which unlock with the TLE1 Port.  Who can tell me how to safe my phone back. My phone can connect with the computer but can't flash in anything.  Who can help me? Who know what is the TLE1 and which phone is using the bootloader 08.28?

you can search for MRS on esnips

as for that bootloader... i don't know.. i think it's not for e398 or it's an earlier version.. the 'latest' bootloader at e398mod.com is 08.26

afaik the 08.26 bootloader is for v3 and dont have any idea it can be use on e398..
