Does it say Invalid Battrey or Unable to Charge notice on the screen?!
1. Invalid Battrey: use another battrey.
2. Unable to charge: the plug in cable doesnt connect perfectly. Try to do something with it like shaking aside, etc.

There is another trick by adding some adhesive tape under the rubber ring of the charger tip. Usually this rubber became thin and make loose on connection.
Make it thick again with the tape.
