I currently have a moded e398 but i was thinking to buy a linux based phone... which phone is best?.. or at least which do you think is the best motorola linux based phone? (i supose it isn't rokr e2 because it's quite old, anyway not older than my e398  ) Is a linux based phone better than a windows or symbian based phone? (i'm really tented by the multi tasking feature and many other new options that my currently phone hasn't). Lately i saw that windows 3.1 managed to run on rokr e2 so that would be one more advantage. Anyway which phone do you think is the best as linux based? I saw many phones but i can't decide. I must have your opinion because it's also important to me to be able to mod it (I don't want a static phone like a non symbian nokia). |

I think E6 is the best linux available....and it's the latest.....and the greatest....not to mention that it looks really cool!!!

still voting for E2, because we got the largest modding community for it... but it's your own choise anyway  It's old model, but with good parameters |

E2 has the largest community for MotoLinux modders for now.But I think Z6 sounds promising,too...

ok.. than i should choose between e2 and e6.. well i must think about it.
question: are there java games on e6? i mean can asphalt 3 for example be played on it? i'm asking because it has touch screen no keypad

When you got E6, you can play GBA games which are better than java...lol  However, E2 is a nice choice if you like java games... |

i prefered Z6 or E2.. bcoz both of them have keypad.. E6 or Touchcreen Series not give u a maximum feeling for the phone.. now im going to buy Z6m.. E2 will sold after i get it.. any one want my E2?? |

Heh? Why you want sold your E2? With Z6m, you must wait for (maybe) a year before it can be modable like E2... And much restriction from Motorola will make it even longer...  |

i know,but it still based Linux platform.. so the problem is must wait a long time to develop it. i love my E2, i just wanna sell with my cousin or sibling.. so i'll can modding it often..
maybe Z6 need a skinner LOL.. i want to present it for Z6 and E2..
Edit: The point is.. i dont focus just one model.. i wanna be free modders.. that i can modd all Motorola phone.. since i've use Motorola phone.. i know modding some of them like
