Converter pack is a package that contains ramdld, CG7, CG18 and a patch file (*.fpa) that is used for converting E398 MP to ROKR E1 MP.
If you have a E398 MP and you want to use it for ROKR E1, you can use this converter pack.
You just have to replace ramdld, CG7, CG18 on E398 MP with ramdld, CG7, CG18 from the package, then apply the *.fpa files to CG1 of your E398 MP, and now your E398 MP becomes ROKR E1 MP.
What gayoe made is a converter pack for converting E398 MP that using R373 42R firmware.

It's too late now bro. No use arguing over it. You can't deny it. You have created a MASTERPIECE Who said 42R has lagging menu? Try this MP out. It still has a lower Matraxbench rating though (at 125) but it's fast where it matters. Why would I go for 49R or even 46R?
