Itunes charger allows u to change ur iTunes skins....
it's depend on the version of iTunes...
U can put the skin in TF in root iTunes/iTunes control/skins
if u do not have skins folder, just make it by ur self....

If it's stock iTunes, then start MotoMidman, save iTunes to a PC, then open iTunes.jar with WinRAR or 7ZIP, find the folder RES and you will see a file named ResourceDB in it. Simply drag&drop the ResourceDB file from the skin you like and close WinRAR. Then, delete iTunes from your phone (using MotoMidman) and install changed version.
If you have any newer version (iTunes Revolution, iTunes Bullfrog or something like that) start iTunes, press MENU, go to SETTINGS and check SKINS CHANGER. Then on your TF card, under iTunes folder, create folder SKINS/Name of skin and copy ResourceDB file in it. When you start iTunes and press MENU, you will see a new option, CHANGE SKINS, click it and select your new skin. To make the change effective, restart your phone.
