I have a ROKR E1. I think its SMS storage is too small and just stores about 100 inbox and sentbox altogether.

How I can increase this storage ? I think I need 200 or even 300. is there any way to increase it ?!

the normal storage of sms can store up to 178 messege (160 characters)

Try to flash your phone with RGF monsterpack, it has more bigger sms storage.
