Hi. Im new to this forum so I have no idea about all the stuff in here so please be patience with me. I have an unlock motorola e398 and i want to convert it to quadband cause the tri band sucks. Does anyone know where I can send my Motorola E398 so they can put the newer flash? I have an E398 that is triband and i want it to have the 4 bands (quadband global)... Anyone knows where or how to do it? Thanks

I guess you are using a stock e398.. Why not converting it to ROKR according to THIS guide and then flashing a monster pack that can be downloaded from HERE .. Most of the monster packs have quad band enabled.
Always remember to backup first..
