E398 bootloader not showing

my E398 bootloader does not show even when i press #+*+power. but after doing this and then connecting it via usb cable, flashbackup2.6 detects it at the bottom left corner. so i flashed it with an MP and it is running okay. but i dont know why the bootloader does not show.

as long as your phone status is Connected nothing to worried about

it happens to me too.. what i am doing is.. restore Fullbackup using FB 2.62.. now i can enter the bootloader

I think u flash your E398 directly from R372.Maybe U can try this,Flash R373..42r for all first.

if your e398, BL doesn't show nothing, then you can flash or restore BL 07.D0 from other phone.
you can get BL 07.D0 flasher (SHX) or backup (BIN) from e398mod.com or my esnips.

i prefer to use BIN file to restore the BL.

but is it okay if we didnt flash the bootloader?
coz pc still detect phone?

as long as the pc recognize the phone, it will be ok.
but for some people, it would be nice if we have the BL back

Thanks guys. I did flash direct from 372 a long while back. I was wondering why i did not need the 42R for all because the phone was working fine, until now. Might do this when the phone is dead again.

Will also try to restore bootloader from gayoe's...looking for it now at esnips

I tried restoring original backup but it did not work for me.
