1 First of all do you have driver installed in your PC?
2.then connect your phone to PC
3.Run P2k Advance editor
4.click Connect in P2k Mode
5.after you see green light click phone services
6.Click Password
7.Click Read From Phone...
now you can see the unlock Code ( 4 digits ) and Security Code ( 6 Digits )

i see them it says 1234 and then 000000 but i still cant open my phone?

Bro,it must be the SIM that is locked.. Call your customer service and ask for the PUK code.
Dont enter wrong PIN more than 10 times.It will make your SIM unusable for ever..

Owh i see.. im sorrry. did u keep ur manual book for starter pack(there is unlocking sim Pin no, including PUK no).. you must go to line subscriber centre to unlocking Sim Pin

is it okay if i post my questiuon here? thanx . my e1 rokr bootscreen is very dark and text is in mirror image. whats happening to my phone? is it because of a virus? thanx anyone!

i think u r in bootloader.. take out the battery and hold on 2 -3 minutes then reboot ur phone agains..
