if the answer is yes,
then how to do it,,?
are there any special procedure to do,,?

Yes u can.., what "mod" do you mean..?
Or u can flash it with a MP (MonsterPack) that u can find in this forum..
But dont forget to make a backup first..

Its up to you to flash, but for me I prefer FB 3.07, because its more user friendly....

...and I think that PST (MultiFlashFlex) is more "powerfull"... I'm probably wrong, so it doesnt matter, they both work. Just follow the conversion guide and you'll be OK After that you can flash any E398 (07.D0) MP
