i extract it. flash using flashbackup3. but also can't. in initial setup, didn't have language select. only font.

and i also try langpack_0024.shx flash into e398. it can display three of the language. but chinese display got problem. similar with no chinese font or "luan ma"?(don't know how to explain.)

Is there any LP 0615 for E398? Chinese LP has some cool extra symbols.
