Here is the SFC simulator for E2 form IT168

Manual Instructions
E2Snes9x is a kind of simulator which can allow you to run SFC games rom on your ROKR E2 Phone.
Please be sure that you have a SD memory card which can well-use on The ROKR E2 phone?It cannot run on the phone which don't have the memory  card.
First of all,you should build folder in the sd card root directory which named "E2muX", then build a folder in the "E2muX" which named "Snes" (Please Note the capital letters).Or you can run once the E2Snes9x. It can build the directory automatic.
UNZIP the rom which you have got, and copy it to the folder "Snes" (it can be .smc .078 .058 .sfc .fig )
And then run the E2Snes9x, you can play the game!
The key map:

C_left softkey_choose
*_L
0_R
4?
6?
8?
2?
1 ? 
3?
7?
9?
the 4key in the flank side is X Y A B
you can set up the key map by yourself.
