scence my cousin used my portable hard disk , all my files in my hard disk had become read only, I open their property and unmark the option read only and apply,still they remain read only,in property's the read me option is always marked. Angry

Is it possible that it has some "read only" hardware switch? This sounds very weird.

Check for a hardware switch. Some hard drives have a little jumper which makes them read only.

If not... check out if you can format the drive.

really, it's a virus.
sometimes anti virus cannot detect new variants.
and, your files were already infected.
Re-install Operating System, Copy your new files to any other places (better part by a part)/ split. Not as old folder name.
