ask for help

hello guys...

i would like to ask a question about moto Q9h.

I just bought it, it's AT&T unlocked. and a few difficulties i've experienced so far.
For now, i try to run "jar" file. I understand that it was supposed to be opened by java, right?
but it said : failed to open jad file or something like that. and then, the jar file dissapeared!

so,... anybody can tell me what's happening?

here's another one,

how can i completely removed the software?
already tried settings>remove programs.
but somehow, mcafee can't completely removed.
it kept running on the back ground and in task manager.
and i've got iFonz software that gave me the same problem.

i've googled around and still can't find the answers.

anyone can help, please? T_T

Try this..
You need 2 files (.jad and .jar)
place that files at a folder, then click jad file.
And if you don't have jad file for this moment, you can making jad file using JAD MAKER.

Apparently can not be deleted, because stored in rom .. (maybe there is someone who knows how to delete files stored in the rom?)
