How do I flash my phone

Can some one tell me how to flash my Rizr with different filmware step by step? I am new to all the tech stuff with phones. Thank you,

It is actually very easy. You can use the program RSD Lite. Here are the steps:

1. Connect your phone with datacable and run RSD Lite
2. Click "Browse" and find the firmware (MUST BE FIRMWARE FOR YOUR MODEL! DIFFERENT FIRMWARE WILL KILL IT)
3. Click "Flash" (or whatever button it was) and the program will do the rest for you

P.S. Usually the program will switch your phone to bootloader automatically. Also note that sometimes you must remove the battery after flash (only if the phone do not start)

P.S.2. Flashing will ruin your warranty

Can you tell me where I can download this program and if there is any cost? Also will I loose all my telephone contacts,Pics,Etc that I have on my phone?Do you also recomend a good filmware.Mine is R452B_G_08.02.08R

Sorry, I can't recommend, because I am with different phone... You can check my stickies - I posted everything that I have over there. Usually newer firmware = better

R452D_G_08.02.06R_LP0021_NO_FLEX i have this firmware do i need to remove my RSA before i can upgrade to other firmware? please help thanks.
