I'm new in these. i have a moto W510. it has a micro sd card in it. then yesterday, it says that "Memory Card Unformatted" and it asked me to format it so i hit Yes. Then it says "Error" in formatting. So i put in my other SD card and it says the same thing "unformated." HELP! what will i do. is it possible that my phone "infected" with a virus. HELP! Thanks!!!

Never do modding b4?
If still original firmware,try to do master reset,and try to put your mSD again.
Our moto is can't infected by virus.
