after installing new mp for l7 i can not switch the fone on so i used the boot loader screen a( battery low can not programe) massage has appeared
 i tried to charge it a gain but no change..

Did you flash with a low battery condition? What's your BL version? If it's 09.02,you need to downgrade to 08.D0.
Charge your battery with desktop charger first.

i do not have desktop charger one so i had to get new battery one
and so i was able to complete installing the mp
yes the battery was almost empty and i did not notice that
because l7 is not mine but it is my brothers one i have rokr e2
