New MFLP40 V3x (new lang) added and edited by Renzokuken

i share with all this Multifont include 40font by renzokuken..
this for MP that applied patch elf loader & multifont cg1 or for those user with Energy v1 or Junkeners(support elf)..

*Only for MP with Multifont Patch or Junkeners/Energy MP
*3 Language pack only can applied with SYNERGY FULL Font
