Date is not getting displayed :(

Hi,

I have motorazr v3i, i am facing a problem in my phone. Date is not getting displayed on home screen  . If i goto settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date. I dont get option of Auto update or time and date when auto update is off

Can any one help me Plssss
