Or you can try this method, set ur USB Setting to TF, connect to PC, run MPT.
Ur MPT will searching modem and will set ur USB Setting by it self.
It's still not connect... maybe I should to flash again ? |

Have you put ELF folder in correct place? Especially Elfloader.lib.
So there will be:
\b\ELF\Elfloader.lib
