Thats because there was a problem on rapidshare.com, I uploaded wrong file, because both of them are for ROKR.. thats why I uploaded it again on 4shared.com, forgive me to everybody who has downloaded from rapid.
And I want a review from you all that it can be flash or not cuz I will mirror it at e398mod.com
