Read & Send SMS using PC (broken screen)

anybody know how to read & send sms using PC for v3/v3i (not sure) phone? the screen has broken and no money for now to repair

You can read SMS using Mobile Phone Tools and (I think) P2K Tools.

oh that's too bad, cos you have no way to switch it heh...

You may try to blindly find the usb settings mode by looking at another phone and doing the same things...

Motorola Mobile Phone Tools turns the phone to data/fac automatically i think.Or i guess if you remove the card the phone connects in data/fax since there is no card.Maybe you can use MSnap to take screenshots of your screen and guide yourself through the menus.

ah yeah... totally true and simple - without memory card you will go directly in data/fax mode!

With p2k manager you can read your messsages in your inbox, you can also compose and even send your mails directly from your pc.
