i have a serious damage!!!!

I have a serious problem with my moto e3988, at the end of last 2 month ago my phone sometime put outside a sound which hear like fart. i think the origin of the sound is come from the battery (maybe the voltage), i have modding this phone for almost ten time (by use different monster pack), is that give any effect to my phone?. i don't know what i should to do with this problem, can anyone give me some help?

Are you sure it's a mechanical sound (not from the speaker)?

Are you sure its not coming from speakers? Is Vibe sync turned on? (Settins>Initial Setup>Vibe Sync)
