Look at monster packs, which firmwares start with "R3443U2" at the beginning - they will be the one for you.

The phone model is V3r.

For example this: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ND7GDCYX is a good new monster pack for r3443. It has MacOS Tiger skin, unilimited video and other minor features.

thanx but i would love to know whats the safest an easiest way to flash my fone? what program is required an what procedure should i follow?

The program for flashing phone is RSD Lite (google it). The flash process is simple and dangerous

Here it is:
1. Backup your data
2. Install the following drivers to your comp: http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/Handset_USB_Driver/
3. Connect your phone to the comp
4. Open RSD Lite, choose firmware and click to start flashing.
5. Wait until EVERYTHING IS FINISHED.
6. Enjoy.
