In seek of help with my new t-mobile phone. Motorola Rokr E8

For starters this only happened twice but my phone turned off and then on by itself.

Also my phone isn't plugged into the USB cord no more and it still says "Synchronizing" it's annoying.. is that suppose to happen?

welcome here...

No, it's not normal. However consider that E8 is pretty new phone. It's normal to have bugs in the first firmware releases.

Please mind your language.

The page I gave you is the only one I know that has downloads to Motorola Rokr E8 firmwares. The page is in Russian but it is pretty simple to understand - each line has the firmware revision and version and a download link next to it.

If you still do not understand you may use the google translator or babelfish to translate the page to English.
