If u could do testpoint by yourself then its free  IMHO locked phone maybe can only be fixed by resetting the phone by testpoint CMIIW |

Try to call u'r gsm provider n if u'r lucky maybe they'll give u the unlock code by send u'r imei  or u can do testpoint by u'r self |

Once again, testpoint is not for newbies. If you dunno how to do it or don't feel u're enough experienced, just pay for someone who does it. Don't risk your phones.
