rokrGui v1
created by Faruq(arctu)
http://www.aktaeon.com

WHAT:
Simply a replacement for ilove3d's rokr.lin/rokr. Run sh/lin or extract with terminal output displayed on your e2. Enjoy!

REQUIREMENTS:
tar, unrar, unzip, bash
(will most probably work on all ilove3d based firmware)

INSTALL NOTE:
* run rokrGui.ins with e2 filemanager.
* activate the software by running rokrGui_activate.noGui.sh located at /mmc/mmca1. (with e2 filemanager)

TO USE:
* anything with .lin, .sh, .mtf, .ins, .tar, (skin).zip, (skin).rar will run with the gui.

NOTE:
* To deactivate, just run rokrGui_deactivate.noGui.sh located at /mmc/mmca1
* (For now,) You will have to run the activation script everytime you restart your phone.
* To run a script without the gui, name the file *.noGui.sh or *.noGui.lin
* I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IF ANYTHING WERE TO HAPPEN TO YOUR PHONE

arctu, would you mind teach us how to set crosscompiler, C SDK and low level api on linux? I'm gonna buy a PC soon and I would like to apply my C programming skills, but there's not much info about this....

Added: Your blog rules Cheesy there's all the info I need right there! thanks a lot Wink

Yes, you can replace it permanently. Easiest solution is to add roktGui_activate.noGui.sh in your startup file.

The other solution is to replace the original rokr.lin with the one in the .ins archive permanently. The original file is located as /usr/SYSqtapp/ilove3d/rokr.lin. Still you must have the files from the ins archive rokrGui, showQ and showSingleCapture in "ezxlocal"... All files must be excecutable permissions (you can open rokrGui_ativate.noGui.sh with notepad to see all steps)

so when we start it, we have to "autorun" it?
and make an autorun.ini?
