My new project in mathematics

I have an idea to start a website about mathematical problems and their solutions (like a book, but free and online)... The biggest problem is that I must write at LateX and I must choose a CMS that supports it. Anyone have idea about such (I know that Joomla have a module, but not for others)?

my school uses moodle it's great buy administrator told me that the license costs lots of money
