How can I dump a stock firmware?
I heard about the "GETOS" but its a mpkg file, that stock rokr doesn't run.
Anyone knows a way to save my stock firmware for recovery issues?

Thanks

What is your F/W? Or do you have USB NET option in Connections --> USB Settings menu?

AP SW: R654_G_12.00.45P
LANG: 0003C

It's from operator TIM here from Brazil. Yes, I can turn into the USB Net.

download GETOS(which written by me Smiley ), extract, get the '.system' folder
delete the '.system' on your SD card, and copy mine on it
make sure your SD card has more than 50MB space left.
after 10 minutes of your click, the dump should be finished.

Oi, vhugobr!

Se quiser ajuda em português conte comigo.
Eu modifiquei o meu E2 (TIM BR) antes de usar o GetOs.
Ficaria grato se você me passasse esse "dump".

I put my Rokr in USB Net, started the inetd and connected with telnet.
I extracted the GetOS with a tar command, but it doesn't give me any .system folder...

I tried do copy the "getos" folder, from the extraction, to the .system/QTDownLoad/ but after I reboot the phone it doesn't appear in the menu.

using desbf.exe ( sbf codec ) can do the smgs job
note that cg37 and cg43 contains 0x1000 head 'FF'
