dude are you installing the "rockbox" folder on the sd memory too? the mpkg file is only a script who load the app on this folder! take a look |

I have paste the rockbox to the sd memory that inside the mpkg right. Is there any step by step to install the portrait rockbox.Help any one can do it.

i just copy rockbox to root SD then i install it to memory card.. then set as root.. its no problem with mine

I'm facing a problem with RockBox. I've installed rockbox.mpkg into phone, and copied the rockbox folder to the root of my SD. I've granted root permission as well. But when I press the Rockbox icon in the main menu, nothing seems to happen.
What can I do to fix this?
P.S. The phone doesn't allow me to install the mpkg into SD. It just says installation failed. So I can only install it into phone. By the way, I'm running on ROKR Ultimate 48P.
