I downloaded the full version but the default skin of the firmware remains. grrrr

Sorry,amneto.I didn't include everything because it would be way bigger.Most of the unnecessary icons are removed.The skin will only looks the same as the screenshots on monsters that has the stock e2 iconres.ezx file.

What icon do you actually removed? I only know the sending message animation and media search icon are removed....

i mean, its the full version now so it should have the black stuff on it.
correct me if i'm wrong... might have missundertud.

I installed leopard enchanced n worked fine.

icons you may never see on e2 are removed.
and the msg_sending animation is removed because the effects is not acceptable to me.

"full" doesn't necessarily mean everything right?If I included everything,the iconres.ezx file would be around 15mb.I don't think that is the right size for a skin.
and the black elements you want is right there in the stock iconres.ezx of e2.That's why I removed them in this skin.Unfortunately,the fw you are using have that very iconres.ezx replaced while the fw I'm using don't.
Anyway you can add these icons yourself.If you don't know how to,check this thread out.

u can use kview, it was easy than others.. but the progress is same..

im a creator for E2 skin, i still cannot add .gif for my skin.. for ex: msg sendin ani.gif,
if added to the folder and packing to iconres, en error was appear that will say i/o output error.. whats the prob haaa??

too bad that OU not included alkali default themes.. its not suitable for z6 skins

That's odd.I've never come across problems like this.Which version of kview you're using?

BTW:The default alkali skin is almost the same in z6 and v8.

for alkali skin is not included in OU(Only You) vanhieumai set the z6skins as default.. no alkali themes in his FW.. thats why ur skin is not match with his Fw.. some icon is look so ugly.. if i added ur V8 skins to ROKR Ultimate,it could be fine..

Can you convert the gif files to .g files using kview03?Or you just save .g files to iconres.exz?

yes,I already know that.He replaced the stock iconres.ezx.
