how to Patch and create a Patch

I have 3.0.6 and that Patches tab doesnt appear :-|

i own E1ROKR with BL 0A.02 (original).
it can be patched online with the help of FB 3.06.
when you flash E1ROKR with removed RSA firmware, then you can do online patching.
if you only have FB 2.62, use loader from FB 3.06 to patch online.

and for fullbackup with FB (in BIN format, as it fullbackup with PDS), it cannot be done.
i think it's because BL 0A.02 restrict, so FB cannot backup PDS area.
