change skins

i am newbie here..
i want to ask how to change skin in rokr e2.plese answer completly

1. Download the the mtf packaged skins.. To install just tap it in file manager..
2. Download the non-mtf packaged skins, extract the skins.. You'll find 1 .chm files and 1 folder.. Copy the .chm to unregconize file -> my_skins -> setuptheme and copy the folder (with iconres.ezx and .ini files inside) to unregconize file -> my_skins -> skin..
First of all, you need a modified firmware..
