Marked as Unknown or with yellow Question mark.

Use DRIVER TOOL (sorry,I do not have the link) to remove all instances of current drivers and then re-install them according to THIS guide..

if you dont have the driver told jithinsk..
you can change the usb port to another one then re-installing using the link given jithinsk
