motozine zn5 contacts problem

hi, since I got the phone I always get the error about replace my phone contacts with my SIM (picture 1) when I restart the phone. I tried "yes" which delete all my contacts in the phone. if I click "no" then I get sencond screen to sync (picture 2). it is even worse now. I cannot save the phone number! I always get error in picture 3.

question:
1. how can I not gettig message 1 and 2? I scare to click "yes" my mistake which causes me losing everything.
2. how can I save my new phone number.

currently, my SIM has 6 important contacts. the phone has 225 contacts.

I think it was not a mistake but for the ZN5, if we're going to copy the contacts it will appear as it did to you, actually what you want with your contacts?
