How to unlock e398 which has already been modified?

I have a e398 with says it needs a subsidy code, which i don't have. The phone is American at&t but im in New Zealand.
Can i unlock this e398 anyway?

It has a motohell MP installed (shows motohell startup)
07.D0 BL
SW: R373_G_0E_.30.49R
Motorola e398

How do i go about unlocking it?

You only need to flash with another MP.

It's obviously already flashed, so, no, that wont help...

42R_for_all_full for E398 would maybe unlock it, because of its generic PDS...

Yupz,the same process like we want to flash e398 or e1..
may be u need 42 for all like said niksy...

hmmm i might get someone to walk me through it this time... and not stuff it up like i did previously ...
