You should flash to a modded FW, or do you have any app running in background, if you do that's what's slowing it down

Maybe you didn't use swap partition?, my e2 used to be slow when i'm still noob and i didn't use a swap partition.

Yeah,I think E2 is slow enough even if I use swap and OC together.With 312 mhz processor,I think it could be much faster. N70 is slow too.My friend has ever showed to me.It lagged so much in opening music player.

Well, right now, using Casseopeya, i don't really have a problem with the speed, of course you couldn't expect the same speed as Sony Ericsson phone, but it's quite fast, try it, by the way, i didn't overclock my phone

Yes, E2 is slow, I'm totally agree with that....
