Great !!

For the lock problem, I have the motorola phone since 2 years, and It was broken (screen crash ...).
I have repair it today.

But I have changed my provider.
So do you think my old provider can unlock my phone ?

I've got an idea !
I'll look at the website of my provider. Perhaps there is a way to unlock it by internet ... but my account is closed so ...
Have a try !

Is there another way like software ?
Flashing perhaps ?

Do you mean your phone is locked and ask for phone security code or your SIM card is locked and ask for PUK code?
If your phone ask for security code, try to use P2K Advanced Editor to read the security code of your phone  Wink

if your SIM information is very important... and u haven't PUK code... try finding a SIM backup device and get out all information and later place in other card
