Hope this can help you how to update/reinstall your p2k driver
1. Connect your phone in data/fax, make sure that your phone connected
2. In PC go to control panel>system>device manager
3. after you on device manager windows, chose taskbar view>show by connection
4. expand all root until you get motorola USB modem
5. choose motorola USB modem
6. In taskbar chose action>update driver
7. Choose install in specific folder>Then direct windows to your p2k driver folder
5. Or you can direcly windows to choose p2k.sys / p2k.inf
6. Press OK or continue anyway, if windows warning you. Wait untill windows complete the process.
