Hi JithinSK,

I've problem with my e398. When I flash with MP its ok.

Later I try to flash it with Media Center 48R ;). After that, I try to change with another Mp in 49R like I've first, that is a great MP that I know.

I flash it till finished, but the e398 can't start normally as other MP before I flash it with Med Center 48R.
I can't turn it on. I retry to flash for several times, but it stills like that. :-[

Can you help me to fix it? I've no problem before with my 49R MPs :) after flash it with 48R :-\ :-[.

Is that problem in MP? I mean MedCen 48R? Coz I've no problem before with my 49R MPs :-[

Could you check  The BL in your phone and MP ?
same or Not ?

Try to flash 42r for all using PST(multiflashflex)
you can get it from my reviving tool

i don.t have problems with charging  . the U.S.B   connection doese.t work .   and the  phone doesn.t work ! :D  this ARE  THE  2   SMALL PROBLEMS :-P

You can't charge bricked phone, charge your battery in other way..

Even if there is nothing on the screen it does not mean that bootloader is not working. Connect your phone with the USB cable and see if the program RSD lite will recognize it. if it does - flash your phone again with some firmware.

It is because you are flashing a reflash, not a full firmware. Try to flash this: http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/605/30/

If the problem because phone disconnected while flashing, then boot loader ( BL ) doesnt show. try to force boot. Press n hold * n # then insert batrey slowly or sort pin 4 n 5 (Count pins from right to left) then insert the batrey. It need to do a few times till worked n BL show . Then flash MP with general PDS like MP Embrace emodition by masta esakarim... Atleast that worked for me... Good luck...

Ok the problem is serious with the bootloader.

In this tutorial instead of MFF (MultiFlashFlex) you can freely use RSDLite (which you have).

I can't do it for you remotely. Do what is written there - it's not very hard to follow:

1. Download the program aze2learn_ramldr_special_repair_kit from the attachment in https://motohell.com/index.php?topic=2611.0

2. Open this program. Connect your phone. Click 'send ramldr' and choose 'ldr_all.bin' from the folder where the program is

3. Click the "erase" button and wait for ACK ERASE (5-7 minutes)

4. Change "base address" to 10000000 and click "send binary". Choose "20000only.bin" file and wait about 2-3 minutes. You will see "bootloader 07.D0" on the screen

5. Close the program and flash your phone as usual.

Put it manually in bootloader and connect. Looks like it is not in bootloader, but turned on normally...

TO turn bootloader remove the battery. Insert it back. Then with one hand hold # + * (the two buttons together) and then with the other hand press the RED start button.

I HAVE AN IDEEA i buy another MOTOROLA E398  WITH ORIGINAL FIRMAWARE IF i make a backup to  it  and i install the backup files to    MY   BROKEN  E398   WILL WORK ?

Everything you need have already pack in my reviving tool
It was include Aze2learn,Testpoint picture,MultiFlashFlex and 42r for all.
First of all you need to do a testpoint,
Connect your phone using usb data cable to a computer and open ramldr.exe and follow the step in aze2learn
connect the testpoint area to the ground using a clip or something
do the testpoint until you get connect in ramldr,
after you get connect you can pull out the clip
then you must follow the step from aze2learn
after you finish the step you'll get the bootloader in r372
if you got the boot,you can open the multi flash flex and directly flash 42r for all
after all,you can flash another FW/MP you like
i have tried this method,never get failed,in every dead case of e398 or rokr e1 i always success to revive using my reviving tool.

and i was look your attached picture,
i look that you get a 10square,
it's mean that you are not doing a testpoint or maybe you are not doing a testpoint rightly
so you need to make sure that you are doing a testpoint rightly.
You can look the picture in my reviving tool about testpoint.
you need to connect the testpoint area to ground,
i usually safety pin to do testpoint.
if you are not expert to do testpoint,
i advice you to ask someone help,
coz it quite complicated do with one person if you are not expert to do it

I try with your 49R MP, but it still not work, blink2.

Can you help me to enable your 49R MP 8)?

I guess, it is like sticky in old MP.

And, can you update your Mix 79R? on java setting? We need to set it up by our permission, Jzzz ;) And other themes with iTunes, 8) I hope.

Try to enable your phone with usb charging enable by opcode. ;)
