that's the so called "SMG guide" flash...

When you start to flash a firmware it first unpack the sbf into .smg files... after that RSD Lite starts to flash them one by one. The trick is to replace the smg file when it is unpacked with that one

when you start to flash any firmware - RSD lite will extract lots of .smg files. Before flashing the smg with the langpack - you need to copy the one from this archive and replace the extracted one
