I find that there is no Japanese language pack present.
That means, moto is out of the Japanese market, is it?
I am a Japanese language majored student and I just want a Japanese inputmethod for my E2 or my future phones. It seems that it's impossible in the recent years.

no such language pack for E2 sorry. You can get certain langpack only if the model is officially distributed in your country. Unfortunately E2 was not released in many countries Sad

Because the iRadio announcement. They introduced the phone to be with iRadio, but then iRadio project was canceled (and not released)... So they deceided to cancel the model, because many people will complain about missing feature. Soon they released a successor (ROKR E6) and E2 was completely canceled

So sad to hear that Moto didn't spread its wing to Japan. But I think Japan always release their self-made phone with a lot of great features. In my country,Moto is standing behind Sony Ericsson and Nokia coz they lack of promotion. No advertisements on TV since they promote Razr V3.So sad. Angry

And the e6 isn't even that good...my friend has it and he hates trying to sms with that touchscreen lol.
The T9 dictionary was so much easier for him Tongue
