How to unlock E1 ROKR

Hello, I am a new user here.

Is there a way to unlock E1 ROKR that is provider-locked to Cingular (now AT&T) just with PC software and a USB cable

I downgraded the boot loader and flashed it with a monster pack, but it is still locked.

I only have USB cable and flashing software, I don't have any special unlocking hardware.

Forgot to mention, the phone's IMEI is not in AT&T's database.  The customer service guy could not locate the subsidy code.

There is no way that it can be still locker after reflash...
Try other MP, all shared here are unlocked.

Since your BL is 07.d0 you can use them.

It was locked after all.. I Motorola service tool called MsTool_8r.  It has unlock feature.  5 seconds, and it was done.

where do you come from, mate ?

it'll be work if you erase your IC flash.
use ramldr to do it.
Tested by me when i'm still in modding and always be done.
Just download my reviving tool.
Follow all step about reviving.
But you don't need to do TestPoint.
note: some mobile get error or can not be done to do erasing IC flash,
        so if you got problem you need to do TP.
