Hello, I have a problem with my phone, when I trying to do the backup with Flash & backup , it's sais Executing jump.. ERROR! Can we help me?

Another question is about what is my real model phone and what firmware or Monster pack (version of software) can I put it?

Check your BL with combination of keys: * # and power.

Try to use motorola E398 original, motorola E1 orignal, motorola E790
