guyz,please help me to solve my connectivity problem, my E1 when i connect it to PC say "USB NOT RECOGNIZE".
i have try to change the data cable for almost 10 times,but it still give me nothing.
i have try to take my phone to service centre,and thay confused with the problem,coz everything seems ok.
can some1 help me,please.....

i have tried everything i know. cleaning the pins on both phone n cable,update the driver,use other data cable....

pc usb damaged?

you tried on other pc?

tried on flash mode, on memory card mode, and in modem mode?

Try holding (almost pulling) the cable downward...? Then try upward...? But, pushing and holding it hard into the phones port MUST work. If it doesn't, try REINSTALLING the drivers... Here is the guide you need - http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/104/25/

still not recognized......
could it because of my moto's connector,broken???
or the path from connector to the some ICs??maybe the CPU??

some moto-experts  says to me,rhat the problem could be in the IC driver for data cable,n to solve it,need ultima flasher. unfortunatly, most of them dont have it anymore. but when i ask TPing,they say yes. so,could i solve the problem using TP???

Have U tried to force boot? If you have but it didn't work, so the last try is TP.

His phone isn't dead. He just has problems connecting to the PC...

It's a problem in the cable or the port on your phone... I don't think it's PC...
