Hav u try another MP??
If the problem still occurs, its a hardware problem. U should go to MSC.

i've flash to 42R_for_all it doesn't work > camera mode always shown
i've flash to motohell it doesn't work too
and now i can not use my keypad except the red,green and side key/smart key
please master how to fix this

Your problem is same with my friend....

may be your phone's keypad IC have damaged.
you can repair it or change with the new one!  Smiley

@my top, thanks for share your experience
any body know how much i should pay if i  repair the IC keypad
or may be how much price of new IC keypad Wink

where are you came from??i'm from Indonesia, my friends ever having the same problems too, in Indonesia  if you take your phone to MSC it will cost about 75 thousands IDR, but if you take to unofficial service center it will cost about 60 IDR.

Mas, ada MP yang bisa langsung format 2GB dari phone? Soalnya banyak yang berminat untuk upgrade ke 2GB...

Tapi sekarang ini di format dari phone hanya support untuk yang 1 GB...

if you wanna speak in indonesian, try to PM the other indonesian members....or got motolovers.or.id   Wink

I think ROKR/E398 is'nt support for 2 GB MicroSD, coz it will take along time to access it....
